I purchased the small FridgeSmart medium and the small for use in our kitchen.We frequently buy items in bulk and need to wash and keep separate.The small container is perfect for grapes, lemons and other fruit.It is also ideal for oranges and brocolli crowns.This container when set properly will keep your fresh food fresh.It is also easy to clean.The only drawback was that the lid is somewhat difficult to apply.I also wish it had the valve settings like the medium one does.Overall, this container helps me in the kitchen.

FIFO Can Tracker- Food Storage Canned Foods Organizer/Rotater/Dispenser: Kitchen, Cupboard, Pantry- Rotate Up To 54 Cans Review

Just got two of these and set them up in my cellar.

Set up is quite easy, you just have to snap (force) the spacer pegs into the holes, then twist to secure.I had to use a wrench, as suggested in the instructions, to turn the pegs.

In the sample picture, you can see green cans on the left and right sections, and yellow in the center.The center yellow cans are separated by three shorter pegs.You can choose to put those in, or just use three of the longer pegs instead, which would give you three sections of larger (15 oz) cans.It comes with extra pegs so you can pick.

The cool thing is if your shelf is long enough, you can attach two units together - so you just keep going after you build the first three sections (as shown in the picture) and add the next three on, with a section in between, instead of 3+3=6, you get 3+3+1 (in the middle) = 7.Each unit comes with six extra pegs, three short ones for the smaller section if you want it, and three extra to attach another whole unit to the side of the first.

Each section holds 16 or more cans, I don't know, I don't have that many cans of one type.I ended up putting a [...] case (12 cans) in the top, which means they roll out the bottom, and then putting three or four other cans in the middle.The middle ones don't join the roll toward the bottom until there's about five of the bottom cans left.

The shelves are made of a strong sturdy plastic, and a smart design.

They don't hold the big soup cans (18-19 oz) just the regular 15 oz cans.

Progressive International OKS-07 Onion Keeper Review

I wasn't planning on reviewing this item, but decided I had to when, while browsing Amazon for other kitchen gadgets, I noticed the less-than-positive reviews.

This container actually does prevent onion smells in my frig.I don't know if the lid simply has a better seal than other plastic storage containers and zip-top bags that I've tried in the past (I've double and triple bagged to no avail), or if the metal disc embedded in the lid actually does absorb the oniony odors.

All I know is that it works, and I have one less thing to worry about in the kitchen.Toss your partially-cut or chopped onion in this container, snap on the lid, and burp it.The size and shape is perfect for holding an average-sized onion or half of a large one.(I currently have a chopped up bunch of fragrant green onions secured in mine.)And, there's a cute retro drawing of an onion on the top.

Progressive International Berry Keeper Review

I eat a lot of fresh, organic berries. Let's face it, if you're shelling out the bucks, you want those things to last longer than a day or two. Plus, I am a little pathological about mushy berries (yuck), so this seemed like a no-brainer.

If you mainly eat berries that come in small portions- blueberries, raspberries, etc: this will fit your needs nicely. There's a small lift-out insert if you want to keep things separated- nice touch. If you're looking to store strawberries, I doubt this would hold the contents of a standard green plastic "strawberry basket"- especially if you have some enormous berries in there. If you want strawberry storage, you'd be much happier with the larger Progressive Produce Keepers, which are roomier and probably multi-task a lot more than this does (at a similar price). Still it's cute, and it works! FYI- Whole berries last a lot longer in here than sliced- I have had strawberries in here for a week that still look perfect, but if they're sliced, you only have a day or so.

Glass Storage Dishes Review

I've used the pyrex glass containers with plastic lids for over 10 years, and although they've held up well, I wanted a no-plastic solution for refrigerator food storage.

I ordered this from Amazon, despite another review noting that the lids don't fit properly.Yup, they don't.I ordered 2 different sizes, and neither lid fits right, leaving my leftovers to dry out in the fridge.I could put up with that, but the darned things are also so heavy, and I'm not old and weak, but I'm getting tired of the weight of these things, especially when filled with food.The glass is so thick...

On the positive side - they are better than plastic (any glass or ceramic container is), they look retro-cool, and they stack well in the fridge.

But for me, I'm going back to using my pyrex with the plastic lids (I wash the lids by hand to prevent the plastic from breaking down).
