Amana : AFD2535DEB 24.8 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator - Black Review

We've had this fridge for a little over two years, and I've just made my second repair call.The first time (about 3 months ago), the freezer was working fine, but the fridge was warm.The tech said a controller board malfunctioned causing the duct from the freezer (the only part of the unit that gets chilled) to ice over, preventing cold air from entering the upper compartment (the fridge).Now, the compressor/fan only runs when the door is opened, and the fridge compartment is gradually warming up.We paid >$2000 for it, and would NOT buy this (maybe even ANY Amana product) again!

Amana : AFD2535FES French Door 25 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator Review

We've had this refrigerator for just over 1-1/2 years.It has broken down once (right after the warranty expired) - same issue as others had (the fan).Is is noisy.The freezer handle has broken off completely once, and has popped off again since being repaired.The interior drawer cover is worthless.The stainless steel is of poor quality and is easily dented (even dropping an ice cube on the top of the freezer drawer is enough to create a dent. One of the worst appliance decisions I've ever made.
