I chose this Samsung product because it looked well-designed and had excellent features. Thirteen months later, the freezer stopped working. I called a factory authorized service for repairs. They could not locate the exact problem but, after contacting Samsung Tech Service, felt that there was a blockage in the cooling system which has a five year warranty. They deemed the unit non-repairable and reported such to Samsung. I then went through 3 months of Samsung Customer Service HELL with at least 20 phone calls, each time giving an exact account of the entire history of my problem. I was LIED to several times in the process. A few of the customer service people were helpful, the remainder.....WORTHLESS! Oh, Lowes finally replaced the Samsung .....with a Whirlpool Gold!!!!Pros:
