Bought this product in the fall 2008 and have had 4 GE service appointments so far. My vegetables in the crisper bin froze when it was installed and they continue to freeze despite the 4 service calls I have made. I have no grouse with the service but the product design is appalling. The solution to my frozen vegetables is to duct tape the vents between the freezer and refrigerator or so the service techs tell me ... and that still has not fixed the problem.
