KitchenAid : KSRK25FVMS Refrigerator Review

So far I would give this refrigerator high marks.Also I am pleased with Kitchen Aids product backing.In November 08 we purchased a lower model SBS Kitchen Aid refrigerator from Lowes.It ran fine until around April with the warmer weather.I began to notice condensation building on the divider strip (on the outside of the refrigerator) that splits the freezer and fridge compartments.Immediately I called the Service Department and the bottom line was that the refrigerator had a manufacturer defect and could not be fixed.Kitchen Aid agreed to replace the refrigerator with a comparable model.Unfortunately that particular model was not one Kitchen Aid had in stock.They thought maybe it was a model that was custom built for Lowes.The model Kitchen Aid recommended as a replacement did not exactly have all the features of the original refrigerator.We began to look around and found a model that did have all the features but also was considered an upgrade (KSRK25FVMS ).Kitchen Aid agreed to replace our original purchase with this model at no extra cost.This refrigerator runs much quitter, the drawers are much more sturdier and the baskets in the freezer have front panels that prevent articles from falling out. It is a nice looking refrigerator without all the fancy bells and whistles.
