Purchased 9-15-2009.Frozen wine (not kidding) 3-4-2010.Vinotemp call is not a good experience.
I called a few motnhs ago, and, they would not even talk to me because I had not completed their little registration card. (again - not kidding)
I called for a refund yesterday.They refused.
Taking it back to Costco today.I notices also that Costco has quit offering these coolers.
Bad product + Horrid customer service.
